I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located North of Tyler, Texas that specializes in helping adolescents, college students, and adults with mental health related concerns.  Please feel free to email or call me with specific questions about my practice or to set up an on line appointment.

I have over 40 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings.  My career began as a minister in a local church and then went on to be a special education teaching assistant.  I continued my career in public education in several different roles including elementary teacher, elementary principal, middle school counselor, and high school counselor.  I retired from public education in June of 2020 to pursue my private practice in Lubbock, Texas and now I'm based North of Tyler, Texas. 

Having such a diverse background benefits me in my practice and I am very relatable to people of all ages.  Being judgmental towards my clients is not part of my practice.  Everyone will be greeted with acceptance.
